Thankful

As a parent of a current 7th grader (and someone who is dyslexic) I am learning so much by listening to you and, separately, listening to the various pieces by Emily Hanford at Educate/PRI that your guest Dr. Gillis recommended on a recent episode.

Inspired

This podcast has inspired and taught me so much as an educator especially in the difficult times we have faced this past year. The lessons and tools it provides allows me to be a stronger advocate for my students and it offers information necessary to ensure the success of my students!

An insightful and refreshing take on learning!

As a School Psychologist, I find great joy in the READ podcasts, utilizing their refreshing point of view on how children learn, and how educators and families best reach their students and kids. Thank you to all those involved for providing relevant and next level information for anyone who works with children.

Thoughtful Insight

As someone who works in education, this podcast provides a really thoughtful, different and young perspective on the challenges and changes we’re facing in education today. I think for educators this is a powerful resource they can leverage to enhance their craft and tap into new, thoughtful teaching practices.

The READ podcast not only piques my curiosity as a listener invested in learning more about literacy, but also provides me with practical knowledge as an educator. Thank you to the Windward Institute for your contributions regarding the dissemination of these insightful topics. I am certainly looking forward to future episodes!
